It's about checking in with self


'Eti sen?' or 'how are you?'  That's the first question we ask at A Podcast Called Eti Sen; it's through that question that we, our guests and collaborators share their experiences that can hopefully provide some life lessons for our listeners about what we need to do to keep moving and be successful.  It's a new addition to the podcast world but it's focus is more important than it's ever been, especially in light of the changed world we live in due to Covid. 

It will be the start of raising our awareness to the importance of wellness & wellbeing. We hope that now and in the future you'll be able to take something from A Podcast Called Eti Sen when it comes to your own mental health.  Keep checking this page for more videos and podcast links!

We're always on the lookout for new contributors to our podcast and if you feel that you have something to share, we'd love to hear from you.  We do provide an initial free consultation where we can discuss what you're looking to bring to the episode and what topics you'd like to cover.  The general approach we take at A Podcast Called Eti Sen is to encourage contributors to reflect on themselves and who they are through sharing some central experiences that they think are integral to their identity, for their benefit as much as it is for our audience.  Our listeners span the whole of the UK so it's an opportunity like no other!

You know yourself better than any one else so it is time to take responsibility and ownership of your Life.

Reflect but do not dwell on the past. Plan for the future but be present in the moment.
